The Challenge

The website needed to attract and engage more Arabic, English and Farsi users, providing useful, high quality professional content for journalists and campaigners.

The Approach

Working with a small team, I implemented new UX and content strategies: increasing the frequency of blogs, evaluated website traffic, and encouraging new social posts to sustain engagement. User research was conducted with partners and website users, helping shape new content.

The Solution

We determined which content and partners would appeal to the needs of audiences. So, produced new courses related to data, cybersecurity, the environment, social media and more. New onboarding materials were produced. And, our blog expanded to include tools and resources, featuring expert interviews.
